Going High

The previous two drawings the powerball number was low, so I'm guessing that tonight the powerball is going to be a high number! Although, this is hardly any kind of a prediction, it eliminates half the number to choose from and perhaps the powerball number 28 should be eliminated as well, since it has not been drawn in over 3 years.
