Fine time to go high or low!

Since I have a perfect record of being wrong on every one of my predictions, I have decided to narrower the window for making my future predictions. High or low. However, I consistently play a 5 dollar ticket, picking the powerball, and using the quick pick or computer pick, for the 5 top numbers. Remember, the idea is to match the powerball number! Doing so, will pay you a minimum of $3.00! Reducing the cost of your original $5.00 investment to only $2.00! That is the worst case should you match the PB. The best case would be if you played the same PB on each of the 5 games, paying you $15.00 minimum for a matching PB. Now you are ahead by ten dollars. Finally, by matching the PB, you could say that they are paying you to play, or you are playing at a tremendously reduced rate: 5 plays for $2.00, or forty cents per play. So, whats it going to be tonight? The previous 3 drawings have all been high numbers, I am going to go low. However, the PB number 28 has been absent for over 3 years now. So, my pick list of PB numbers are: 1, 4, 12, 13, 14, 17, or 18. These PB numbers have not been drawn this year, and are due to hit. Next my pick list for the high number PB are: 25, 26, 33, and 35.
